The sun is back out once again today in LA; the rain and cold never seems to stick around for too long.
To say that florals have never been my thing would be a gross understatement. However, during my summer in Europe the high street stores such as Zara and Mango had some great floral pieces that I just couldn't resist. This particular one served me well in the humidity of the Spanish summer. It was perfect with flat sandals whilst strolling around Barcelona, admiring the architecture and eating copious amounts of gelato while also perfect for castings with a quick shoe change.
Although I am missing those hot summer evenings, eating tapas and drinking sangria before heading down to the beach to watch the liquid gold sunset, these things are often far sweeter as memories. Such memories hold a special place in my heart as a reminder that I have been fortunate enough to travel and to see a great many things. Instead of missing those wonderful places I have been, its important to feed off of the positive energy they inspire within you and channel that to fully appreciate what you have in the current moment.
