THE JEANS GAME

Every time that the pleasant warmth of summer starts to give way to the slight chill of autumn and the leaves begin to turn, my mind always starts to race with thoughts of jeans, coats, sweaters and boots. I have managed to avoid any real winter for quite some time and as such my cold weather appropriate wardrobe is seriously lacking. 

After realising that I really didn't have any jeans (I know, what an incredibly ridiculous predicament) I began the great jean search that is dreaded by many women. Pairs that were too short, too high waisted, too tight, too loose, too baggy in the derrière and too tight around the knee were kicked to the curb and finally after many weeks I found some solutions.

 I found a great pair of basic J-brands in Fred Segal along with these Rag and Bone ripped jeans for a slightly more interesting look. They are my new favourites as they are the perfect comfortably relaxed yet structured pair. One of the most comforting style knowledges comes from having a pair of jeans that you can throw on, that you know will go with anything and won't be causing you excruciating pain ten minutes after you walk out the door.
