A few weeks Aurelien and I pulled some pieces from my favourite store in LA - The Reformation  and drove up to Malibu to shoot them against the beautiful and idyllic coastal backdrop. Malibu is definitely my favourite spot in the greater LA region and I can't wait for the rain to clear up so I can resume my weekly hikes on many of the trails that are scattered through the santa monica mountains and along the coast. Similarly The Reformation can do no wrong in my opinion. Their collection of dresses and rompers are so breezy and perfect for the LA weather that I just can't get enough.
This dress is a definite winner for the coming warmer months with its interesting back detail and high leg split - hello Angelina Jolie at the oscars circa 2012.
