After a pretty hectic week of work last week this weekend was all about relaxing and catching up with people I haven't seen in what feels like forever along with one shoot downtown on saturday. 

Cue this perfectly lightweight white dress that is oh-so summery and relaxed. I was thoroughly over driving after a long hot friday zipping all over town for castings and running errands, so on saturday I decided to take the metro downtown. There is a little bit of a stigma as far as LA public transport is concerned and it gets quite a bad rap but I always prefer to take it downtown as parking is mission impossible. Needless to say conserving a little modesty was high on the agenda so to dress down this feminine dress, I styled it with a masculine striped shirt knotted about my waist and these sandals that, although oldies, haven't seen much wear as they have been locked in an attic for a couple of years.
